Availability, pricing, delivery

We currently ship to the following regions: Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

After the order, you will receive a tracking code to follow your shipping status.

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

USA: 3–4 business days

Europe: 6–8 business days

Canada, Australia, and New Zealand: more than 7 business days

Please, mind that the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the estimated time for reasons, like:

  • Issues with print/embroidery files

  • Products being out of stock

COVID-19 Disclaimer: Our fulfillment times may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.

What is the shipping cost per product? On average?

The shipping cost depends on the country you are ordering and the weight of the product. You will see it during the checkout process.


Finance

Every income earned on the shop will be reinvested into Designdrives to improve the quality of the episodes, pay for infrastructure and equipment and make the episodes more accessible.


Materials

Most of the products in our store are made from organic or sustainable materials like organic cotton (e.g. Hoodie or Tote Bag) or recycled materials (e.g. T-Shirt). Whenever possible in the current infrastructure we choose the most sustainable option.


Sustainability

For every order we plant one tree together with the partner OneTreePlanted. Further we always trying to work with the local manufacturing centres / fulfillment centers, as close to the customer as possible to full-fill the order to reduce the carbon footprint.


Return policy

Of course, we would love to hearing from you that you will enjoy our products. Designdrives.org warrants you that the sizes and the colours made available to the description of the products are accurate so that there is no chance that you can get confused.

Should you ever want to send something back to us - this is how it works:

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items to us within 14 working days.

Make sure not to remove any labels or stain any items.

How to return items?

To make a return, just sent us an email and we will sent you a form to return the product. Please print this form and put it into the parcel.
It is possible to return different items inside a single parcel by using the return label of only one of your orders.

Please take into consideration that it will take us multiple days to receive your returned parcel. Afterwards, we will immediately send you a confirmation email. At the same time, your payment will be automatically refunded. You will receive your compensation within 14 days.

How to return a damaged or defective item?

We're truly sorry if your item arrived damaged or defective. You can make a claim for the item by sending an email at info@designdrivers.org within 14 days. Our team will immediately contact you and ask for the necessary information that you should provide so that we can send you the new items to your address.

 

Note: When sending your money back, we do not reimburse any delivery fee.
